No Way Am I Leaving

So, the other weekend I was at my best friend's house and we ended up talking about make-up and how some days it felt too much just to wake up and spend the time to put on a face. I believe in spending the time to put on make-up but naturally there are days when the idea of putting on make-up and having to take it all off later is... exhausting. So we'll probably go the day without wearing some. But then we spoke about some beauty rituals we just can't do without. For her, she has to get her nails done and her eyebrows done. She can't stand looking down at her hands and seeing her nails naked and messed up. She also can't stand her eyebrows being unkempt and with no shape. It's one of those things that she'll always take the time and money to do.
I pretty much agree with her. I absolutely cannot stand leaving the house without my eyebrows done. I do them my self so I don't have to worry about sneaking around so no one won't see me without them done. There's just something so off putting when my eyebrows aren't done. Eyebrows are such a crucial feature..even if they have to be drawn in. I always take the time to clean them. I feel much more confident with my eyebrows done. But that isn't the only thing I have to have look done. I paint my nails constantly. I love looking down and seeing them colored. It makes me feel more put together. I was also blessed with naturally french-manicure looking nails (I'm not sure how else to describe them, haha) but when I decide not to paint them, the tips are white and the bottom light pink. I can sometimes just put a clear coat over them and no one but me can tell the difference-they look done. I've added two more things to my Must Do Before I Get Out the House Because There is No Way I Am Leaving the House Without Doing It list is curling my lashes and putting some color on my lips. When I feel tired or look tired I found that curling my lashes can help widen the look of my eyes and help me look more awake. Also, my lips have been pale lately so I love adding some color to them and since it's fall I usually add a berry color before I head out. So there you go, a few things I have to do before going out!

My little sister saw it and wanted one of her own and I just had to buy her one but I got her the bar version which she loved and I bought one for my best friend who also loved it! When you shower with it, it smells so great, just like the cereal and it feels soft and leaves my skin feeling soft! Most definitely want to buy it again!

It had a lot of rose petals on it. It smelled just like roses of course! I took a shower and it made my skin feel so soft after and it smelled divine! Eyes Lips Face- Punk Funk

So recently I was at my friends' house and she, like I, is absolutely crazy over make-up. She had a few ELF products she brought out that I was curious about. She mainly hadELF eyeshadow quads [pictured left]Brightening Eye Color. This one wasin Punk Funk. I can't say I had any expectations about them, whenever I sawthem on the website I would just have no interest about them. Until she had them and I tried it out on her.

The result?
Well now I definitely care about them. The pink was awesome. It had a lot of pigmentation and glitter. It's a really gorgeous pink. So much so that the next day when I went to Target I just had to get it and why not? It only cost a dollar anyways. On Friday I played around with the purple and at first when you swatch it the purple can be light and kind of sheer but that changes with some primer and a base. The blue. Is. Awesome. Holy moly does it have pigmentation and that just makes it the bees knees! I can't wait to try out a look with the blue! The white is also really good and pigmented.
Here are some photo and swatches-

So this is basically how it looks like out of the package. On the top it simply says e.l.f Brightening Eye Color. Nothing fancy, clear compact so you can see the colors. A sponge brush and under that is a really thin mirror.

Out of all the photos I took only two really came out clear for a swatch.

I'll Send you An Invitation Mr. Tiger!!

If anyone here is an avid Rocky fan then they know this from the 2nd movie- The Rematch. Here I am watching Rocky and I absolutely love it. I've been a Rocky fan since... I have no idea when it started but I can definitely tell you it started around the 4th of July years ago. And I do mean YEARS. Rocky is definitely one of the GREATEST movies EVER. Yes, I had to capitalize it, I'm that serious. I mean it has romance and action. Drama and comedy. It's one of the ultimate underdog story. Rocky has class. Even if he isn't that educated he has class. And the way he treats Adrian... what girl wouldn't want to be treated like that? I know I should be getting back to make-up and books but right now this movie has me captivated...
